Aviation exhibitors
Aircraft manufacturers and dealers, maintenance organisations, flight schools, avionics, associations and aviation services. Exhibit Saturday to the public, Sunday to pilots, or both.
Food and market vendors
We're looking for food vans, coffee, local produce and market stalls for Saturday.
Site requirements
Grass sites. Generator and water details will be confirmed with successful applicants.
Paperwork
Current public liability insurance and food licence (food vendors) required.
Join the crew
No aviation experience needed for most roles. Volunteers get a crew shirt, meals on shift and the best seat in the house.
Gate & tickets
Welcome visitors and scan tickets.
Parking
Direct cars into the paddocks.
Flight line
Marshalling and crowd-line safety (experience preferred).
Hospitality
Breakfast, catering and the clubhouse.
